Gears are identifiable by the presence of a serialized, Sheppard-generated identification number stamped into the gear. Please refer to the Sheppard Steering Gear Identification Guideline
for identification and interpretation of the serial and part number.
To determine if your Sheppard steering gear is impacted by a recall, please select your vehicle make and enter the full 8-character serial number before the dash (-) as shown below without any spaces or the "-C" at the end.
